Executive Director

Mark Dieleman, Son to a Dutch potato and vegetable grower, brings over 15 years of expertise in cultivating open field crops, not only in the Netherlands but across the globe. In the past 7year with a strong focus on sub Saharan Africa, Mark has led successful horticulture projects for renowned international companies such as Prinsen and Delphy. Mark has collaborated closely with local farmers and agricultural communities, setting up impactful programs and championing sustainable Good Agronomic Practices.

Finance Officer

An experienced accounting officer with over 7 years experience of working in accounts and finance departments in a ray of organization like Compassion International funded projects, Arch Apartments and Nob View Hotel. Miriam not only brings financial management and compliance skills but also financial administration and planning. Her pledge to transparent fund utilization and accountability plus her promptness in decision making and innovativeness makes her the ideal candidate to lead our finance department.

Project Manager

Our project emphasis our commitment through a collection of solution driven inclusive innovativeness. With over 5 years of experience in horticultural production experience like ENZA Zaden and House of Seeds,the critical skills like attention to detail,innovative,result oriented and leadership and competence in ISO Standards. Davis spearheads our project team from inception till the closure of a project to ensure that our projects are not only wowing but also impactful to the intended beneficiaries.

Human Resources

Harriet Nakyeyune is an efficient and effective communicator with vast set of skills attained from leading diverse Human Resource teams in different sectors like Health, Floriculture and seed industries in a wide range of organizations like Royal Van Zanten, Xclusive cuttings, House of Seeds and Nsambya Hospital over the past 25 years. Her skills of strategic thinking, capacity building, conflict resolution and Ethical integrate enhance a synergic sustainable growth of the Human Resource department that aligns with the set company strategic plans, growth and objectives.
